- Document Preparation:
The closing attorneys prepare all the documents to complete and record the transaction with the county.
Once the documents are completed, they are sent to you for your notarized signature. You’ll return them with the remaining balance of the down payment or purchase price, and the transaction is recorded with the county.
In short, the transaction, from start to finish, can be completed via email and a quick trip to your local notary and post office!
